Ever go to sleep, have a scary or bad nightmare and then wake up thinking "Where the heck did that come from?"

That literally just happened to me. But here's the thing, Nightmares don't appear. Even if you had a good day and night your subconscious is triggered by something somewhere in your life that's causing these nasty awful dreams to come into your sleeping time. Sometimes it may be caused by obvious things like a scary movie you watched just before bed, orrr a fight you might of had with someone. Worry, fear, guilt, and even anger can all cause some pretty crazy dreams for us. If you're worried about something, maybe you should talk to someone about it. A friend, family member, counselor, teacher, pet! (I've done the pet thing a few times XD Best thing about that they never tell!) If you're worried about one specific person or your relationship with them, maybe you should talk to them directly and tell them what you're feeling you know? Sometimes letting it out, definitely helps. The same goes with fear.

Talk to someone or something you trust.

(Yes, even that fluffy stuffed bear you won't tell a soul that's under your bed or in your covers can be that helpful ear to just let it all out to.) With guilt, well there's really only one way to release guilt and that's to be honest and fess up! Whatever you did, big or small, I know whoever it is you're fessing up to will understand.

Maybe not right away, you gotta understand sometimes if you hurt someone they will be upset, but at least you're honest with them and tell them what's happened. (I've always said, it's better to have someone find out from you yourself, then from the gossip queens or kings etc.) Considering I've talked about each and every one of the feeling triggers but anger, I guess I should go over that one too huh? ^^ Well if you're angry, and trust me I've been there (Who hasn't!?) Then you should definitely talk to the person, people, animail whatever.

It's extremely important you release those feelings instead of keeping them bottled up. It doesn't matter how old you are, a teen or an adult, if we keep them bottled up for to long, then we will eventually have our bottles overflowing and either tears, screams, or many broken things will find themselves into your household. (Depending on how you react to that kind of overload...lol) I'm sitting here laughing because in a way, not only have I told you guys some advice that just should definitely work, I gave myself some! ^^ I love you guys so much and I definitely can't wait to talk to you guys again later! Have a great morning or night, depending on which part of the world you live >.^ Love you guys! ~Rose
