Back Pain

While I sit here at my desk my back is aching! It feels like there is literally a sharp stab teeter tautering inside my spinal cord right now X ( Im thinkig about putting a pillow behind me but it might just make it worse! Any ideas?

I also think of putting a hot towel on my back or something! Comment below any of your ideas for back pain! This can be a great way to get to know the rest of the rose community too!!!
