So I was sitting here trying to think of what next to write, I have four left to do and I wanted them to make sense and help you guys! Asking a friend they said I should write about food. I sorta will, but I want to make it have meaning, so I'll talk to you guys about good food and bad for your body not your taste buds and I'll talk about some really easy alternitives.

Every get hungry in the middle of the night??? I know I have. In the past my friends and coworkers tell me they eat toast and now I'm going to give you the dead honest truth. TOAST IS BREAD, BREAD IS CARBS. If you absolutely have to eat toast, eat jelly on it, not butter. I recommend fruit or granola bars, even fat free or sugar free yogarts can be a good choice for a late night snack.

I myself often skip breakfast and lunch. I probably shouldn't do this. I mean, this probably isn't smart but it hasn't really effected me much. Today for breakfast I had, toast. I regret this so much. Yes toast is light but when you have carbs with butter it's not the best thing I could of eatten. Cherrios, brand flakes (rasin flakes also), and mini wheats, are all much better alternitives and you can top them with things like fruit, or a few spoon fulls of yogurt and fruit in it.

If you don't have any fruit lying around something very handy is canned fruit. Del Mmonte canned fruit comes with all different fruits or mixes thatyou could ever want! Looking at a can of mixed fruit del monte now, it's only 60 calories!

Next time I kinda wanna talk about working out and the actual definition of things like intense work out, and get down to the bottom of how much is to much or not enough. es it differes for each person but I can try my best to narrow it down! Have a great day guys, ttyl! ~Love~Rose
